A 10-year-old blended Scotch whisky from Glasgow indie heroes North Star Spirits, bottled in December 2022 without colouring or chill filtration at a palate-friendly 46.1%.

North Star have been vocal about the virtues of blended whisky, and have bottled some splendid examples in the past with their prestige Spica series. This small batch 10-year-old North Star blend was assemblage of two sherry butts with 2012-distilled whisky from 'a mix of distilleries', yielding just 802 bottles - and it looks like fantastic value.
