An old bottle of Nc'Nean Quiet Rebels: Annabel organic Highland single malt whisky bottled by the distillery in 2021. This was the first Quiet Rebels bottling from Nc'Nean.

Nc’nean’s Quiet Rebels series is designed to celebrate the distillery’s people and show a different, more adventurous side to the distillery’s organic single malt whisky. The cask recipe for Nc’nean’s first Quiet Rebels bottling has been selected by the distillery's founder and CEO Annabel Thomas herself, and is a mix of ex-bourbon wood and casks that previously held the Hungarian dessert wine Tokaji Aszu, contributing a velvety texture and delicious tropical fruit flavours.
