Someone should probably suggest to Nc'Nean that they bottle bigger batches of their Organic single malt whisky - we only received our stock of Batch 06 at the end of May, and here's Batch 07 at the end of July!

Seriously though, we're sure that the good folk at Nc'Nean are delighted with the reception their organic Highland single malt has received, and no doubt there's plenty of thirsty organic whisky fans out there snatching up bottles of each batch as they hit the shelves.

As before, this new 5000-bottle batch is all of the distillery's Light & Fruity spirit style and has been assembled from a mix of two thirds STR (Shaved/Toasted/Recharred) red wine casks and the rest from ex-bourbon casks - and as ever it's been bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration.
