Highland distillery Nc'Nean are clearly operating on an 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' basis, and it's very obviously working: this is the sixth batch of their organic Highland single malt in almost as many months!

Once again, Nc'Nean have stuck to what is clearly a winning formula. Batch 6 is made up of 15 casks of their Light & Fruity spirit style, with a blend of two thirds STR (Shaved/Toasted/Recharred) red wine casks and the rest from ex-bourbon casks.

The whisky used for Nc'Nean's Batch 6 was originally distilled between May and October 2017 and was tipped in March 2021, yielding just over 5000 bottles for the batch.
