A small batch Mortlach 2013 12-year-old sherried Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 by indie bottlers Signatory Vintage for their splendid 100-Proof Editions series. As with all Signatory's whiskies, this Mortlach 2013 was bottled without colouring or chill filtration.

This small batch 12-year-old Mortlach 2013 matured in second fill Oloroso sherry butts and was bottled at 100 UK Imperial proof, aka 57.1%. Mortlach's natural habitat is sherry casks and these refill butts should have given the whisky plenty of character without becoming domineering.
