A single cask Mortlach 2008 17-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 by independent bottlers Signatory Vintage as one of a pair of sister casks released for their prestige Symington's Choice range.

This 17-year-old Mortlach 2008 was bottled by Signatory from single cask 800123, a first fill bourbon barrel that yielded 162 bottles at a very approachable natural cask strength of 48.9%. Mortlach is more generally found in sherry casks, so this is a welcome contrast to the standard offerings.
