A single cask Mortlach 2008 17-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 by independent bottlers Signatory Vintage as one of a pair of sister casks released for their prestige Symington's Choice range.

This 17-year-old Mortlach 2008 was bottled by Signatory from single cask 800115, a first fill bourbon barrel that yielded 184 bottles at a chunky natural cask strength of 55.9%. This was the stronger of the two sister bourbon casks in this Symington's Choice release, and obviously the two together would make a great side by side comparative tasting.
