This 17-year-old Mortlach 2007 came from single cask 203, after finishing in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that yielded 674 bottles at its natural cask strength of 56.7%. This is the third or fourth of these Mortlachs in the Symington’s Choice series and they’ve been wildly popular.
