This 17-year-old Mortlach 2007 came from single cask 205 and ended its maturation in a second fill oloroso sherry butt that yielded 652 bottles at a hearty 56.6% natural cask strength. Sherry-finished Mortlach is one of the safest bets in the whisky world for fans of big, meaty rubbery drams, so this should be delightful stuff.
