Montanya is a rum distillery with a difference - the distillery is located in the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, and produces natural rums from snowmelt mountainwater and Louisiana sugar cane on a direct fired alembic pot still.

Unlike many other rum producers, Montanya use no artificial flavours and colourings - the only additive in their process is caramelised Colorado honey.

Montanya Exclusiva is one of the distillery's flagship products, a single barrel rum aged two and a half years in ex-Colorado whiskey casks and then finished for six months in Colorado red wine casks. The result is an exceptionally flavoursome Colorado rum bursting with fruity character.
