This 2012 Mannochmore 11-year-old was bottled at 57.1% (100 Imperial Proof) from a batch of first fill Oloroso sherry butts which, judging from the colour, should have enhanced without dominating the flavours of Mannochmore's splendid spirit. This will be a gem and looks like fantastic value.
