A single cask 11-year-old Mannochmore 2012 bottled in 2023 by Fable for their Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay myth, in which Mannochmore represented Chapter 5: The Hound. This single hogshead cask was bottled without colouring or chill filtration and yielded 280 bottles at a natural cask strength of 56%.

There've been over a dozen of these 'Hound' Mannochmores released since 2021, but this edition is supposedly the last before Fable move on to a new story. The Ghost Piper has been a brilliant series of whiskies and Fable are definitely an indie bottler to watch - we can't wait to see what they'll come up with next.
