A limited edition Mac-Talla Pedro Ximenez Islay single malt whisky released in 2026 by indie bottlers Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers. 

This Mac-Talla PX Limited Edition comes from a mystery Islay distillery and spent time maturing in Pedro Ximenez casks before being bottled without colouring or chill filtration  at its hearty natural cask strength of 52.8%. Mac-Talla have been bottling some delicious sherried Islay whiskies recently - this PX edition follows on from a very nice Oloroso limited edition released in 2024.

Sticky dates, raisins and gentle peat. Dark dried fruit, warm treacle toffee and coastal brine brought together with rich and intense layers of raisins, dates and a hint of spice.
