Loch Lomond 21 Year Old | Bottled 2023
Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Distillery Bottling 70cl / 46%
The 2023 iteration of Loch Lomond 21-year-old, which was first introduced by the distillery in 2020 and is bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration after ageing in American oak casks.
Loch Lomond has always been a very experimental distillery, making a dazzling variety of different spirit styles on their collection of weird and wonderful stills. This 21-year-old is rather more traditional, by contrast, with Master Blender Michael Henry bringing together whiskies of differing peat levels to create what the distillery describes as "a perfect representation of our signature style...sweet vanilla fudge and a touch of cinnamon spice with a whisp of smoke."
