A fascinating cask strength Rum from the Mount Gay, Last Ward 2007 was triple-distilled on a double-retort pot still in the distillery's Mount Gilboa style. 

This Velier bottling of Mount Gay gets its Last Ward name from former distillery owner Frank Ward, who was selling the distillery around the time Velier acquired the casks. This epic Mount Gay has been vatted from a small batch of ex-bourbon casks and bottled at a mighty 59%.
