These bottlings are definitely gaining momentum and a bit of a hardcore following. If you have tried one you will see why.

Batch 12 has been bottled at a whopping 60.1%, up a fair bit from batch 11 that was bottled at 58.6%, but still perfectly balanced. We love these so much!
