A small batch vintage Knockando 1979 Speyside single malt whisky bottled by the distillery in 1994, which makes the whisky inside a 14 or 15-year-old.

At the time this Knockando 1979 was bottled in the mid-1990s, the distillery was one of owner IDV’s main single malt brands as well as supplying malt whisky for IDV’s Justerini & Brooks’ J&B blend, which at the time was the second-best selling blended whisky in the world. Knockando has always been an excellent exemplar of the lighter style of Speyside - this should be a biscuity, nutty, easy-drinking dram.
