Established in only 2005 Kavalan is the old name of the Yilan county where the distillery is located. Even though relatively new in whisky terms Kavalan whisky ages quickly due to the warm and humid climate it matures in.

King Car Conductor is the first whisky from Kavalan to feature the name King Car, which is the multi-faceted business who owns Kavalan.

The flavour of the whisky reflects King Car which is diverse and complex. It is rich and complex and this shows off the range of flavours that the distillery can produce.
