The 2023 Kilchoman Loch Gorm is a limited edition of 18000 bottles assembled from 22 Oloroso sherry butts from sherry bodega Jose y Manuel Martin, with eight casks each from 2013 and 2015, plus six casks filled in 2014.
As ever, Kilchoman Loch Gorm is bottled at 46% without colouring or chill filtration and is a mouth-watering explosion of dark sherry fruit and Kilchoman's ashy, peaty phenols.

Nose: Hints of cacao with an essence of leather, black cherry and light smoke.
Palate: Roasted hazelnuts, dark chocolate and roasted dark fruits give way to light ashy peat smoke.
Finish: Balanced and long with fresh Islay sea breeze.
