The 100% Islay range from Kilchoman is one of the worlds only single farm, single malt Scotch whisky.

The spirit for this 9th Edition of 100% Islay was distilled from the 2007 and 2009 barley harvest at Kilchoman farm and then matured for over 9 years in ex-bourbon barrels. 43 barrels were then selected by Kilchoman founder Anthony Wills and the marriage of these casks began.

The lightly peated barley, coupled with the bourbon barrel maturation gives a natural citrus sweetness and peat smoke.
