Manzanilla is a dry, fino-style sherry from the Sanlúcar de Barrameda region, and lends a layer of nuttiness and coastal-style salinity to the expected rich, fruity Kavalan house style. Kavalan Solist Manzanilla Sherry Cask MA110223010A yielded a total of 561 bottles, but we've only got a few of them, so don't hesitate if you fancy one.

Colour: Swarthy aurum amber.

Nose: Chock-full of mystery aroma, the same as Solist Fino with clear and charming honeydew melon. A complex and multi-layered fruity flavour along with toffee, cocoa. The end of cider, coastal, light salty.

Palate: Balanced body. Slight salty intense plenty of sweetness with vanilla flavour. Orange, melon, mint are conspicuous with fresh fruit complexity.

Tasting: We suggest drinking Kavalan Solist Manzanilla Sherry Cask neat. It is also perfect with ice cream or desserts.
