Current bottlings of the 10yo benefit from more notable sherry influence which really helps to bring out Jura's wonderful combination of gingery and salty characteristics. Lots of coastal, citrus freshness with some very nice biscuity sweetness, light spice, oily maltiness and youthful grassy/flinty notes. This bottling is finally at the kind of quality level it always deserved to be at.
