Colour: Pale Gold Nose: Opulent whits oak. Honey drizzled yellow melon with stewed fruits and ginger.
Palate: This is apple and pear crumble with chilli flakes on the side lifting the spice element of the dram. Gentle cinnamon and green ginger compliment the sweet fruitiness.
Finish: Surprisingly drying with vanilla and fresh ground black pepper. Warming and mouth coating.
