A small batch Inchgower 2011 13-year-old sherry cask Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2025 by independent bottlers Signatory Vintage for their splendid 100-Proof Editions series. As with all Signatory's whiskies, this Inchgower was bottled without colouring or chill filtration.

This 13-year-old Inchgower 2011 came from a small batch of first fill Oloroso sherry butts and was bottled at 100 UK Imperial proof, aka 57.1%.  Inchgower make a very clean, sturdy spirit ideal for either bourbon or sherry casks, and this looks like a treat.
