This 15-year-old Inchgower 2007 came from a single hogshead cask that yielded 282 bottles at Wemyss' preferred strength of 46%, and has been named Cashmere & Quietude by Wemyss in tribute to the whisky's character: 'Sweet and comforting, with warm ginger, toasted hazelnut and spice on the finish.'
