One of the remarkable Silent Stills edition from Signatory, this 1971 Hillside was bottled at 28 years of age in 2000 at a natural strength of 51.4% with a yield of just 242 bottles.

A proper old-style highlander this is fruity, waxy, punchy and hugely citrusy and mineral. A great and challenging whisky that represents a sadly departed style of whisky production in Scotland.

The bottle is presented in a wooden case with an accompanying miniature.
