We've found a small parcel of the splendid 2019 release of Highland Park 25-year-old, one of the crown jewels in the distillery's range.  Highland Park has a worldwide following for a reason - it ages brilliantly, and this 25-year-old Highland Park is prime evidence. Bottled at 46%, with a lovely deep colour reflecting the higher percentage of sherry casks used, so plenty of oomph and depth of flavour without losing too much complexity.
