A lovely old bottle of Highland Park 1973, this was one of several fantastic Highland Park single casks that were privately bottled by local Orkney establishment Robertson's of Kirkwall between the late 1980s and the late Noughties.
This Dragon Highland Park edition was bottled in the late 1980s or very early 1990s, and was a single sherry cask released at its natural cask strength of 56.4%. A rich, oily dark golden HP with delicious but not overpowering sherry flavours, these bottles have become justly famous over the years. The Dragon 1973 is a fabulous old school Highland Park straight out of the top drawer.
