A small batch Glenburgie 21-year-old Speyside single malt whisky released by indie heroes Gordon & MacPhail as part of their splendid Distillery Labels series, celebrating the Elgin bottlers' long tradition of licensed bottlings, when they were the de facto official bottler for many classic distilleries including Longmorn, Linkwood and Mortlach among others.
Glenburgie is one of the distilleries that has benefited enormously from G&M's faith. The 21-year-old Glenburgie Distillery Labels has always been a delightful whisky since it first appeared in 2018, and the 2021 editions onwards had the strength bumped up from 43% to 46% for extra oomph and more intense delicious Speyside character.

Palate: Cooked apple and cinnamon flavours mix with red berries.
