As you might have guessed from its rich chestnut colour, this 2008 Glenburgie 13-year-old has had an interesting life, starting out its maturation in a sherry butt before a finishing period in an ex-Sauternes cask that no doubt will have added even more delicious honeyed fruity flavours - this is going to be a hit with sweet-toothed malt fans.
