Glenallachie 2011 Cask #1036 was a Premier Cru Classé Bordeaux red wine cask bottled as an 11-year-old at its epic natural cask strength of 59.9%, yielding 318 bottles. A full-on blast of cake spice and sweet fruit.

Colour: Ruby Blush.

Nose: Bursting with apple peel, cinnamon and heather honey, with rose petals, dark chocolate and Turkish delight.

Palate: Waves of butterscotch, honeysuckle and mint, followed by bursts of strawberry, ginger and almonds.
