Released in Spring 2022 as part of Batch 6 of Glenallachie's Single Cask releases, this 10-year-old Glenallachie 2011 was matured in a single tawny port hogshead cask and was personally selected by head honcho Billy Walker for the UK market. 

Glenallachie 2011 10-year-old Tawny Port Cask #5368 was bottled without colouring or chill filtration and yielded just 294 bottles at its natural cask strength of 56.5%. This should be bursting with red fruit and patisserie spices.

Colour: Deep Cherry Red.

Nose: Waves of orchard fruits, honeycomb and strawberry coulis, with almonds, maple syrup, ginger and pineapple.

Palate: Layers of dried red berries, cinnamon and heather honey, followed by notes of soft spice, pecans and rose petals.
