This 12-year-old Glenallachie Sauternes Wine Cask Finish has been bottled at 48%, with the Sauternes adding a layer of tropical fruit flavours to Glenallachie's elegant Speyside profile. We wouldn't be at all surprised if this is the pick of the latest batch of wine finishes from the distillery.
