Glenallachie 10-year-old Cask Strength is bottled from a mix of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks with a proportion of red wine casks aded for extra complexity. Batch 11 of Glenallachie 10-year-old Cask Strength weighs in at an exceptionally chunky 59.4% and promises a flavour intensity that very few other Speyside malts at this age can match.

Nose: Rich mocha, heather honey and cinnamon pancakes, with caramelised brown sugar, pears and gingersnaps.

Palate: Dark chocolate, toasted honeycomb and molasses, followed by ripe plums, hazelnuts, ginger and red berries.
