Tasting Notes
Alistair's Tasting Notes
Colour: Rich mahogany.
Nose: Burnt treacle toffee and molten molasses.
Taste: Unctuous. Intense and fantastically viscous. Chewy. Sultanas, Morello cherries and dark chocolate - Black Forest gateau. Sweet and syrupy - huge sherry cask influence here.
Finish: Velvety, long and super intense.
