It's left to the indies to pick up Diageo's slack, a job they are well used to by now. Here's a nice youngish Glen Ord 2007, a micro-batch of two hogsheads vatted by Signatory Vintage and bottled in 2021 as a 13-year-old at 46% without colouring for their Un-Chillfiltered collection at an exceptionally reasonable price. This should be textbook stuff.
