A 1994 20 year old Glen Garioch from a refill hogshead bottled in 2014 by Hunter Laing for their Old Malt Cask range. There have been some terrific bottlings of early 1990s Glen Garioch lately and this one is pretty consistent in terms of quality. Big, fulsome highland style whisky with plenty of spice, honey and a whiff of smoke.
