This Exceptional Casks 58-year-old Girvan 1964 came from Cask 1, a single ex-bourbon barrel that yielded an impressive 210 bottles at a hearty 46.5% strength. The Girvan distillery only began distillation on Christmas Day 1963, so this is one of the earliest casks ever bottled, and at the time of writing in 2024 it remains the oldest Girvan ever released.
