Tasting Notes
Colour: Golden Syrup.
Nose: Light, fresh and sweet with hints of spring flowers, delicate peppery spice and mallow root. Over a quarter of a decade of marriage has allowed the subtle charred oak and gentle vanilla to seamlessly blend with the addition of crumbly ginger biscuits.
Palate: Cacao nibs, white chocolate and rich cream all jump out in a sweet delicious rush. Also, a note of pear drops and warm spices.
Finish: Typically light and short, drifting off quickly leaving a lingering gentle oak spice and a white chocolatey feel right at the front of the palate. A slight drying to the finish..
