This is a single cask of Foursquare's 2010 vintage Barbados rum that began its maturation in a bourbon barrel before being transferred for a finishing period in an ex-Sauternes wine cask. This single cask Berry Bros Foursquare 2010 11-year-old has been bottled at its natural cask strength of 50.8%, and is a going to be an absolute must for rum fans.

Hailing from one of the world’s prominent and imaginative distilleries, Foursquare continues to pump perfection. Richard Seale and his team are innovative distillers, investing in the kit but respecting the past.
This is a balanced and honeyed style that should appeal to many palates. A mix of the tropics and just about every nuance of fruit you could throw at a rum, augmented by its ageing in Sauternes casks. Delicious!
