A bottle of Spirit of Yorkshire distillery's Filey Bay Moscatel Finish English single malt whisky. Filey Bay Moscatel Finish began maturation in ex-bourbon casks, before being finished in European oak hogsheads that had been maturing Moscatel, a rare type of sherry, for ten years prior.

The resulting Filey Bay Moscatel Finish still has plenty of Spirit of Yorkshire character, but the Moscatel casks have boosted both the depth and flavour of the whisky. A great dram.
