From Spirit of Yorkshire distillery comes Batch #1 Filey Bay IPA Finish English single malt whisky, released in 2021.

As the name implies, this Filey Bay English whisky has been finished in casks that previously held Imperial Pale Ale (IPA) beer. Spirit of Yorkshire is a 'field to bottle' distillery, with all their whisky made from 100% homegrown local barley, and for Filey Bay IPA Finish they've taken this a step further, with the IPA in question coming from their sister brewery Wold Top.
