As is customary with these limited edition bottlings, Elijah Craig have bottled this 18-year-old single cask bourbon at 45% - this particular cask #4857 was bottled 12.5.19, which UK customers might assume to be the 12th May, but which we suspect actually refers to the 5th December 2019. One of our friends across the pond's little quirks is writing the month first in dates.
