This 200th Anniversary 10-year-old Edradour 2015 was bottled from a small batch of first fill Pedro Ximenez sherry casks bottled without colouring or chill filtration at a hearty drinking strength of 46%. Sherry cask maturation suits Edradour’s idiosyncratic Highland spirit down to the ground and this is a classic example of the kind of full-flavoured easy-drinking great value sherried Highland malt whisky that Signatory and Edradour excel at.
