The Straight From The Cask series has a long history of weird, wonderful and occasionally extremely wacky cask bottlings, but the sherry casks have always been the pick of the crop. This 2011 Edradour came from a single sherry butt that yielded 860 bottles at 56.7% and looks like another winner.
