Much of this progress is down to owner Signatory's focus on top quality wood for their precious spirit, as evidenced by the continuing stream of top drawer fresh sherry cask Edradours arriving like clockwork with each new batch of Signatory releases.

This one is an Edradour 2011, bottled as a 10-year-old at 46% for Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection. The Un-Chillfiltered Collection, of course, is one of the surest bets in Scotch whisky for top single malt at great value prices, and this sherried 10-year-old Edradour looks like an absolute bargain.
