A single cask Edradour 2000 23-year-old Highland single malt whisky bottled in 2024 by Signatory Vintage for their marvellous Symington’s Choice range.

This 23-year-old Edradour 2000 came from single cask 3151, a first fill Oloroso sherry butt that yielded a very generous 656 bottles at its highly promising natural cask strength of 56.2%. Signatory own Edradour themselves, of course, so this is effectively a semi-official bottling.
