A single cask Edradour 1999 25-year-old Highland single malt whisky released by the distillery as part of a series of 25-year-old single casks from the 1999 vintage bottled in Edradour’s famous Ibisco decanters to celebrate the distillery’s 200th Anniversary in 2025.

This 200th Anniversary 25-year-old Edradour 1999 was bottled from single cask 811, which was a first fill Bordeaux wine hogshead cask bottled without colouring or chill filtration with an outturn of 272 bottles at its natural cask strength of 54.8%. This was one of a pair of sister Bordeaux wine hogsheads bottled in the Anniversary series that no doubt would make a fascinating side by side tasting.
