This 200th Anniversary 30-year-old Edradour 1995 was bottled from a small batch of two two first fill sister sherry butts bottled without colouring or chill filtration with an outturn of 1287 bottles at its natural cask strength of 56.3%, which is impressively poky for a whisky this age. Andrew Symington knows how to pick a sherry cask and he won't be messing around for these anniversary bottlings - this will be a magnificent dram for sherry lovers.
