A single cask Edradour 1989 35-year-old Enigma 1 Highland single malt whisky released by the distillery as one of a pair of 35-year-old Enigma sister single casks from the 1989 vintage bottled in Edradour’s famous Ibisco decanters to celebrate the distillery’s 200th Anniversary in 2025. The Edradour Enigma bottlings arrive in a fancy wooden box with a pair of very smart cut crystal Glencairn whisky glasses.

This 200th Anniversary 35-year-old Edradour 1989 was bottled from single cask 355, which was a first fill sherry butt bottled without colouring or chill filtration with an outturn of 498 bottles at its hearty natural cask strength of 52.6%. This was one of a pair of sister Enigma sherry butts bottled in the Anniversary series that no doubt would make a fascinating side by side tasting.
